Manage your subscription
Cancel renewal, change plan, update your payment method, or start a refund — all from one place.
1. Open your Lemon Squeezy customer portal
All Asomium subscriptions are billed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Your customer portal is where you can:
- see your active subscription and renewal date,
- change between Pro Monthly and Pro Annual,
- update or replace your payment method,
- cancel renewal — you keep access until the end of the period,
- download past invoices.
Sign in with the email you used at checkout — Lemon Squeezy will send you a one-time link, no password needed.
2. From inside the Asomium app
If you have Asomium installed, you can also reach billing without leaving the app:
- Open Asomium → Settings → Subscription.
- Click Manage billing on Lemon Squeezy.
- That opens the same customer portal in your browser.
The same Subscription panel also has Sign out + deactivate this Mac, which frees the seat so you can move your license to another machine. Sign-out is not the same as cancelling renewal — use the Lemon Squeezy portal to actually stop billing.
3. Request a refund
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on every new purchase. The simplest way:
- Email info@nativefirstapp.com from the address you used at checkout, with your Lemon Squeezy order number (it’s on your receipt).
- We acknowledge within two business days and process within seven.
- Lemon Squeezy refunds the original payment method. Your license is deactivated when the refund is issued.
Full terms in our Refund Policy. If your purchase is outside the 14-day window, email us anyway — renewals charged in error are always refunded, and we’re reasonable about everything else.
4. Trouble with a charge?
Before disputing with your bank, please email info@nativefirstapp.com. Refunds are usually faster than chargebacks, and disputing while a refund is in progress can delay the resolution and may result in the license being deactivated until the dispute is closed.
