Refund Policy
Effective date: May 17, 2026
We want you to be confident when you try Asomium. This Refund Policy describes when and how you can get a refund on a purchase of the Asomium macOS application from Native First Beograd-Zemun (registration number 68127254, tax ID 115136822, Ivana Delnegra Engleza 42, 11080 Zemun, Belgrade, Serbia).
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on every new purchase of an Asomium license, whether monthly, annual or any other paid plan. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within fourteen (14) days of your initial payment and we will refund that payment in full.
2. How to request a refund
Email info@nativefirstapp.com from the address you used to purchase Asomium, with:
- Your Lemon Squeezy order number (it appears on your receipt), and
- (Optional) a short note about what didn’t work for you, so we can improve.
We aim to acknowledge refund requests within two (2) business days and to process eligible refunds within seven (7) business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy, which is the Merchant of Record for all Asomium purchases. Depending on your card issuer or bank, the refunded amount may take a few additional business days to appear on your statement.
3. What happens to your license after a refund
When a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated. Asomium will fall back to its unlicensed state on every Mac where the key was activated. Any local data you created with the Software (snapshots, configuration files, screenshots saved to disk) remains on your Mac and is yours to keep or delete.
4. Subscription renewals
Asomium subscriptions renew automatically. We do not issue refunds for renewal charges as a matter of course, because you can cancel renewal at any time from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal and keep your access until the end of the paid period. However:
- If you are charged for a renewal and contact us within seven (7) days, we will refund the renewal as a courtesy, provided the Software has not been used substantially during that period.
- If a renewal is charged in error after you cancelled or due to a billing system issue, we will refund it in full regardless of timing.
5. Free trials
Where a free trial is offered, no charge is made until the trial ends. You can cancel during the trial period to avoid any charge. If you do not cancel, the trial converts to a paid subscription and Section 1 applies to that first charge.
6. Exclusions
We may decline a refund request, in whole or in part, in the following situations:
- the request is made more than fourteen (14) days after the original purchase, except as described in Section 4;
- the purchase was made through a reseller, gift, promotional code or other channel that is not eligible for the refund window;
- there is evidence of fraud, chargeback abuse, or repeated purchase-and-refund cycles by the same customer;
- the license has been used in violation of our Terms of Service.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please email us first — refunds are usually faster than chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in deactivation of the associated license until the dispute is resolved.
8. Statutory rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, including, where applicable, EU consumer law.
